I don’t know why but a memory of these computer games unblocked itself today. A large number of schools bought them, if you were between the ages of 4-10 in the 90's you’ve surely encountered them at some point.

early/mid 90s our elementary school had a weird maybe painting game? it would say stuff like “im a beautiful butterfly” or “im an angry alligator”...any ideas wtf that was?

I actually couldn’t t find a GIF of the monogreen graphics on the first page of google results... I was lazy and didn’t look further than that, but I did’t see those Apple II graphics until junior high... (though I had a Commodore 64 at home)

I remember Math Blaster, the entertainment component was just mild enough that you never forgot you were actually doing maths practice.
